My boy is growing way too fast, I need to freeze this time :( This kids makes me laugh daily, and he melts my heart with his kisses and hugs.We had a wonderful time spent with great friends and family out at the Rosthern park. What a great place for kids.We plan on doing it again next year.

My Mom's
When Finn was 3 months old I joined a mom's group and became very close to alot of amazing women. We joined a splurge group and also try to get the kids together a couple times a week.I'm also lucky enough to say most of us got to experience being a mother for the 2nd time together with in weeks of each other. Holly and I experienced the hospital journey together. Wylder is only 2 days older the Nora.I definitely wasn't lonely in the hospital. In such an unfamiliar and scary place I'm glad holly was there with me!!!This is a group full of amazing, beautiful, understanding, compassionate, non-judging, super fun kind of mom's, that make me laugh daily!!!!
Nora Victoria Jen Blackman

Our family feels complete...Nora Victoria Jen was born at 3:20pm on July 20th 9 pounds 3 ounces. It was a scheduled c-section (done by Dr.Sivertson).I was so ready for this day.Me and pregnancy are not friends....The last couple of months were very hard, very uncomfortable and very tiring. It was all worth it and I would do it over and over again.Watching Shawn with our daughter melts my heart all over again. The look in his eyes when he looks at her is priceless.I can tell he is already dreading the teen years.

Aunty Jen to the rescue...
If it wasn't for Aunty Jen, I

would have very little pictures of
Finn, I don't have the gift like my sister.I don't really enjoy taking pictures.I plan on trying my best to take more.I have a beautiful camera, I just need to blow the dust off of it and try to figure out how to use it!!
Thanks Aunty Jen...we love you!!!
It's has been too long....

I'm terrible at this blogging thing, but need to keep up with it.So here is another attempt. There has been so much happing since my last post.Finn is 18 months old and so enjoyable.I can't believe how much he changes daily, he has such a sense of humor....must be from me.Lol, and he's smart like his dad.I look at him everyday with amazement that we created him!!! It never gets less amazing to me.
Finn is now 28.5 pounds (big boy), he has almost all of his teeth coming through except the last couple molars. He had his first haircut last month. Not much to cut, just a little clean up.He sat still....with popcorn twists. What ever works. We have a big boy bed ready for him, but I haven't attempted the switch yet.Not sure how thats going to go.Finn continues to act like the Headrick side of the family....Early riser.I've tried everything to change that but no luck.I think I have to except it.He's a perfect sleeper other than that.Maybe next baby will be like Shawn's family. Those Blackman's love to sleep.
Finn loves his cousin's so much. Now that he's getting bigger, Max and Grady are starting to like him too.One day they will be best friends, what a gift...to have family.
Grady and Finn still have to be on watch when they play.Grady doesn't know his own strength, and Finn doesn't know his limits.Max on the other hand lets Finn do what ever he wants, no matter what pain he gives him, and when Finn cries Max gets upset and tries to calm him down.Finn had his first sleep over there a couple weeks ago, and when I picked Finn up in the morning....Max asked "Please Kim, let us keep him...Please"I can't believe how old Max is, I just realized recently that he is going to be 5 soon....4 seemed little still to me....5??? Not ready for that, they are growing too fast.He is one of the smartest, funniest kids I know.If I had a better memory or a note pad on hand at all times I would have the funniest stories to tell.I really do need to start writing these things down.Grady....oh Grady...man your sweet.I can't believe how smart he is with his dinosaurs....brilliant.I can't remember 3 dinosaurs...he knows them all.Grady can be the most sensitive little boys. Those eyelashes let him get away with alot.I love my boys!!!
Before Christmas we were blessed with the news of expecting #2 In July 2011.I'm 18 weeks along, this time around is going by so fast. With Finn I took a picture of my belly every week.I'm 18 weeks and not one picture.I should probably start that soon.I'm alot bigger this time.I've been told #2 you show faster. In result of the crazy birth last time, I decided it would be best to go to a specialist...Dr.Severtson delivered Finn, and will also be delivering this one.I have no doubt everything will be fine.I'm 90% sure I will be getting a scheduled c-section, but there is still a 10% chance of natural.Only time will tell.We will be finding out the gender hopefully on March 17th.Hopefully it lets us see him/or her.We will be keeping this a secret!!! Todd, I'm sure will not give up.I told him I do take bribes.
